Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:

Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us right away so we can arrange the return.

Standard Orders

For standard products, items may be returned within 30 days of delivery reception as long as the equipment has not been used and remains in its original condition and packaging.

  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom Filters & Sizes

All custom filters and sizes are final sale. No returns or refunds are available for these products.
